Tunes Bar at the Conservatory is now called Taiko Bar
Onder the leadership of Schilo van Coevorden is Taiko Cuisine at the Conservatory a household name when it comes to Asian cuisine. The restaurant is seen as ONEn of the best Asian restaurants in the Netherlands. The adjacent Tunes Bar has, in the past 5 years, been by interference from the well-known chiefoutgrown to an unparalleled cohesion of kitchen and bar with unmistakable Asian inspired bites. Hence the decision to rename the bar Taiko Bar, a name that is covers the load of the establishment many times better.
Taiko Bar's bartenders possess a mastery of the higher arts of mixology. The bar team is led by Terrence Bhiekharie, one of Holland's best bartenders. Together with 'Master of flavor' Ruben Lopez and certified sake sommelier Thomas Kuijpers, the gentlemen respond to the needs of today's guest.
Asian inspired bites
In addition to cocktails of unparalleled quality, the Asian bar bites are not inferior. Among others, a refined assortment of premium sushi, sashimi and dim sum, a selection of "Taiko Favorites," Five different Asian preparations with chicken and the newest classic Taiko Fried Chicken graces the menu. The TFC is street food at its Taiko's. Creative, refined and respectful of the ingredients and thus one of Taiko Bar's new signature dishes.
